ABOUT
IDENTITY & CONCEPT
LOOMA is an art platform that promotes and gives space to artists through the creation of immersive and multidisciplinary experiences.
We operate at the intersection of visual arts, performance and music, developing exhibitions, events and curatorial projects that expand the way art is experienced.
LOOMA was born from the desire to make art more accessible, engaging and relevant, going beyond traditional formats and creating real connections between artists, audiences and the spaces they inhabit.
We believe that art should not only be observed, but experienced.
An art that can be seen, felt and heard.
Through a flexible and itinerant approach, LOOMA adapts to different contexts — from historical and symbolic spaces to alternative environments — always responding to the identity and energy of each place.
Beyond exhibitions, LOOMA also develops projects in art production, cultural programming and artist mentorship, contributing to a more open, dynamic and human approach to the art world.
LOOMA is not just about presenting art.
It's about creating meaningful experiences around it.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the LOOMA project reflect its vision of art as a living, sensory and inclusive experience, oriented towards the democratization of access to artistic creation and appreciation:
• To promote and give space to artists from diverse backgrounds, paths and artistic languages, creating opportunities for visibility and recognition across a variety of exhibition and performative contexts;
• To bring art closer to audiences through emotional, sensory and inclusive experiences that encourage a direct, empathetic and participatory relationship with artistic creation;
• To strengthen the presence of art in everyday life, contributing to cultural awareness and fostering both individual and collective creativity;
• To support the decentralization of cultural activity by bringing artistic experiences to different regions, including less central areas, promoting equal access to culture and reducing geographic disparities;
• To enhance artistic engagement through the sharing of ideas, techniques and creative visions, fostering dialogue between artists, audiences and different artistic disciplines;
• To present and connect different artistic expressions and performances, valuing cultural diversity, interdisciplinarity and the integration of visual, performative and sound-based arts;
• To inspire new forms of artistic expression by encouraging experimental creative processes and the intersection of practices, territories and sensibilities;
• To act as a platform for emerging artists, supporting their development and creating opportunities for visibility, connection and growth within the contemporary art ecosystem.
OUR VISION
LOOMA positions itself as a new way of experiencing art — sensory, inclusive and emotional — driven by the democratization of access to art, making it more accessible and more connected to people, while valuing cultural diversity and encouraging creativity and artistic and human dialogue.
We believe in a living art.
An art that pulses. That touches. That engages.
An art that is not distant, but closer — more human and shared.
Grounded in the principles of cultural inclusion and decentralization, LOOMA seeks to bring artistic experiences to different contexts and locations across the country, including less central regions, promoting equal access to culture and integrating art into everyday life and lived experience, regardless of where people are.
